The Norway Post : European Curling Championship: Norway’s men win Gold

Norway’s men won gold at the European Curling Championships after a 9-4 win over Sweden in the final on Saturday. Scotland secured the bronze medal. (Photo: Skip Paal Trulsen)
Norway led by skip Paal Trulsen (photo) had the initiative throughout the final, after fighting their way through the group play.
The other players on the Norwegian team: Flemming Davanger, Lars Vaagberg and Bent Ramsfjell.
The team now look forward to defending their Olympic title at the Olympic Games in Torino in February.
Norway’s women lost the bronze final against Denmark.
